The inspection cannot be completed without this agreement having been agreed to and signed. Please print, sign and email to michelshomeinspection@gmail.com or we will have a copy upon arrival at the inspection site.
In addition, Agreements & Limitations page is listed below. This page is embedded as part of the TREC Inspection Report that you will receive at the completion of the inspection.
Both of these documents are industry standard, and include information regarding the scope of the inspection and limitations of the inspection process. Variations of these documents are in use by most every home inspection company in Texas.
