Just a few home inspection photos of what we see every day. Don’t leave your biggest purchase to chance. When we suspect moisture intrusion into the home we also use Thermal Imagery and Moisture Meters at no additional cost. If you want us to conduct a full Thermal Imaging of the home we can also do that and it is detailed in our fee section. This is a must when you want to know what is happening behind the walls.
The standard home inspector’s report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors; the foundation, basement, and structural components.
